About the author

Marquelle E. Redmond is the award-winning author of Revelations of a Real Man (Or Woman).  Since its’ debut in 2017, Marq and his wife, Beverly, have traveled extensively, spreading their ministry of amputation, accountability, and authorship across the country to churches, conventions, libraries, and schools. They look forward to even greater success with their new book, Finally, I Do…Again.  Marq has garnered several accolades, including the nationally recognized Story Monsters Book Contest (dragonflybookawards.com).  He placed in the following categories:

Marq has been featured on radio ( Focus Talk WKKC-89.3 FM Chicago IL., Bring It On WFHB-91.3FM Bloomington, IN. ) and television ( Report to the People-CANTV Channel 25, Chicago, IL.).  After serving honorably in the United States Army Reserves for ten years, Marq spent over fifteen years teaching in Chicago Public Schools.   Marq is currently an instructor at Malcolm X College, one of the City Colleges of Chicago.   His greatest passion besides writing, is being a devoted husband to wife, Beverly, and diligent father to adult children, Kelsey and Noelle.
